Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All retainers are non-refundable. Reschedules within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be treated as a cancellation. To book a new appointment, please use the online booking feature. Cancellations, no-shows, and reschedule requests within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the retainer plus a 25% [maximum $100] cancellation fee. This must be satisfied prior to scheduling future appointments. Late Arrivals Without Prior Notice: If you arrive late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show - resulting in forfeiture of the retainer plus a 25% cancellation fee [maximum $100], if you arrive later than: ✨5 minutes for Henna, Threading, & Lashes ✨15 minutes for all Tattoos Special Considerations: I understand things come up!
