Cards are required to be processed as a retainer at the time of booking to protect against cancellations, late arrivals (>5 minutes for Henna/Threading/Lashes & >15 minutes for all Tattoos) and cancellations within 24 hours & no-shows (25% charge). ****Appointments scheduled manually without retainer submitted within 48 hours will be canceled.**** No-Show/Late Cancellation fees must be paid prior to placing/being approved for additional appointment requests. Retainers are *non-refundable*, however may be transferred/rescheduled to a new date/time with at least 24 hours notice *one time* at my discretion. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All retainers are non-refundable. Reschedules within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be treated as a cancellation. To book a new appointment, please use the online booking feature. Cancellations, no-shows, and reschedule requests within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the retainer plus a 25% [maximum $100] cancellation fee. This must be satisfied prior to scheduling future appointments. Late Arrivals Without Prior Notice: If you arrive late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show - resulting in forfeiture of the retainer plus a 25% cancellation fee [maximum $100], if you arrive later than: ✨5 minutes for Henna, Threading, & Lashes ✨15 minutes for all Tattoos Special Considerations: I understand things come up!
