Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All retainers are non-refundable.
Reschedules within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be treated as a cancellation. To book a new appointment, please use the online booking feature.
Cancellations, no-shows, and reschedule requests within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the retainer plus a 25% [maximum $100] cancellation fee. This must be satisfied prior to scheduling future appointments.
Late Arrivals Without Prior Notice:
If you arrive late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show - resulting in forfeiture of the retainer plus a 25% cancellation fee [maximum $100], if you arrive later than:
✨5 minutes for Henna, Threading, & Lashes
✨15 minutes for all Tattoos
Special Considerations:
I understand things come up! For non-tattoo services, reschedules within 24 hours may be accommodated at my discretion. Please reach out to (804) 608-9001 as soon as possible!!!
