Cancellation Policy
For no-shows & cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: your deposit will be retained, and you will incur an additional 25% cancellation fee.
Reschedules within 24 hours forfeit their deposit, however incur no additional charges.
Reschedules with at least 24 hours notice incur no loss of deposit, charges, or fees as a one-time courtesy.
