Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation. You can book your preferred date and time using the booking feature.
For cancellations, no-shows, and reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be retained, and an additional 25% cancellation fee will apply.
Late Arrivals Without Prior Notice:
Appointments cannot be accommodated and will be cancelled with fees if you arrive later than:
✨ 5 minutes for Henna, Threading, & Lashes
✨ 15 minutes for all Tattoos
